About

We like tidy books and plain answers.

Ledgerline started in 2015 in a shared office above a Denver bakery. Eleven years later we close the books for 410 small businesses, and the bakery is still a client.

What we believe.

Every number has a source.

If we can't tie a transaction to a statement or receipt, we ask instead of guessing.

Reports should be readable.

Every close comes with a short summary in plain English, not just three financial statements.

Deadlines are early, not on time.

Filings go out at least three business days before they're due.

The team.
